Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day research activity of the Centre, including supervising and line-managing.
- Lead and undertake research leading to the publication of reports and academic papers.
- Raise additional funding to expand the Centre’s research programme.
- Liaise with DCSF officers responsible for the Centre and other funders.
- Represent the work of the Centre in conference workshops, seminars, and meetings.

- Developmental trajectories during adolescence
- Risk and resilience
- The impact of environmental contexts on adolescent development
- Moderating effects of gender, ethnicity, and SES
- Using multilevel linear modelling to examine developmental trajectories of psychological and academic outcomes during adolescence and the effects of school characteristics on these trajectories
