Other projects
WBL also undertakes work that is not funded by the Department for Children Schools and Families. Current projects include:
- Research on health outcomes and learning experiences, funded by the OECD Centre for Educational Research and Innovation as part of their review of the Social Outcomes of Learning.
- Research on the relationship between child nutrition and school outcomes. This review of the literature on this topic will be published at the end of May 2006.
- Research on the economic and social benefits for part-time students. This is a collaborative programme of mixed-methods research between Birkbeck, University of London, the Open University and WBL.
